Location is great. Close to highway, quieter area than some spots in Hamden/New Haven yet close to everything. Walking distance to several good restaurants. Easy Uber anywhere if you don’t want to drive. Lobby is spacious as are the rooms. Very clean, enjoyed having living and kitchen space. There is an enclosed basketball court at front of hotel that people love. Staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful.

From the moment we opened the front door (the view of the water is exceptional) to the moment we had to leave, we felt so at home and relaxed. This house is equipped with anything and everything we could possibly need. Right on the water, breathtaking view. Would love to return. Thanks Lenie
