Speechless!!!! There’s a reason why this place was rated #1. Had the pleasure of staying here for 1 night at a very low off season rate and couldn’t pass it up. Absolutely impeccable. I would 100% choose this one over the Gatlinburg one.

Staff was very friendly. Everything was conveniently located. Spa was amazing! Alisha did a fantastic job! It is a beautiful hotel. Awesome to have a coffee shop right in the hotel. Will definitely stay here when we come back. Thank you!.

extremely comfortable beds, and the sheets and pillows were soooo soft! The pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable but it was perfect for our 2 year old grandson. He loved having a big bed all to himself!

The condo was lovely. The landscaping was so beautiful. The lazy river and the views so lovely. The Spa was the highlight of the trip for me. I took my doggy and it was convenient to walk him and safe.
