Everything about this hotel was wonderful- the ambience, hospitality, food, and cleanliness were top-notch. Kathy and Koi were extremely helpful and made our stay feel like home. Koi was a fantastic driver during our trip to Ba Na Hills; the drive was pleasant and engaging, thanks to his friendly attitude. Kathy welcomed us warmly and was always there whenever we needed assistance. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the overall experience was excellent. Would love to stay here again.

We've enjoyed an exceptional stay at palm garden! The resort has a spacious layout, with enough privacy and multiple lunch and dining options (Japanese, Vietnamese, Italian). From the private beach to the great swimming pool, fitness and spa, you can enjoy an relaxing stay. The service level is also great! The staff is super friendly and you can ask them anything. Special shout out to mister Vy, who made sure everything was ok and could give us great advice on what to do in the area, and to mister Thi for the freshly picked coconuts from their own coconut trees on the resort. The breakfast was very tasty with almost too many options to choose from (Vietnamese, French, English, ...). 3 times a day the resort offers a free shuttle to (and from) Hoi An with options in the morning and afternoon. When "too many" people want to go, they just arrange another car so everyone can go. All in all, great stay, and would definitely visit again!

Everything! The staff are incredible and so helpful and friendly. The place is so beautiful. The breakfast is fantastic. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I won’t stay anywhere else in Hoi An. It’s beautiful.

The spoke good English and the receptionist were very helpful. No communication issues at all. The food was soo good. Lots of choices. Even for vegetarian and vegan. The breakfast and dinner buffet was so yummy. It was almost our highlight of the day. The hotel is huge with lots of space. It’s extremely clean and very well taken care of. Nice decoration during Christmas. The pool and beach were big but it was raining so we couldn’t use it unfortunately. Great playroom for kids with lots of activities and the park right next to it. Rooms were big and clean, bed very comfortable, clean and big.

We LOVED our stay here. Anio Boutique has been our favourite accommodation in Vietnam ! The room is gorgeous, the pool is very nice and the buffet breakfast is delicious. The hotel offers bikes free to hire and they are super fun to use. About a 10 minute bike ride into the old town. The best thing about Anio Boutique is the service. The staff are amazing and so friendly ! Hannah & Mr.Ken are fabulous human beings and made our stay extra special. Thanks so much, Acacia & Jack :)

The people are absolutely fantastic! Best place to stay in Hoi An! We felt so welcomed and at home, Tim was always there to help us and make it easy for us! Definitely my favorite place in all of Vietnam! Defintely worth to spend a few days, this place is an oasis between the beach and the old Town, a perfect hub for a perfect stay

Calm environment, pool and beach were great

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hoi An Eco Lodge & Spa and I was absolutely blown away. The hotel is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view. I especially enjoyed the pool and the delicious food at the restaurant. The spa treatments were also top-notch. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An

This was our favourite hotel in Vietnam. Great staff. Beautiful property, loved the choice of pools including a salt water pool and a kid free pool. The pillow menu is a great idea. Our room was spotless and large.

We had a truly wonderful stay and felt compelled to share how exceptional the service was throughout our visit. A special mention must go to Nam, the manager, who was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. During our time at the hotel, we unfortunately witnessed a situation involving another guest who was behaving in a very erratic and immature manner. What stood out most to us was how professionally and calmly Nam handled the situation. He remained composed, respectful, and focused on maintaining a positive environment for all guests, which we greatly appreciated. It was a clear reflection of his experience and dedication to excellent service. Nam was without a doubt the highlight of our stay. His genuine care, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression on us. It is rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and it truly elevated our entire experience. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts each morning. The food was delicious, fresh, and a perfect way to start the day. We would not hesitate to return, and a large part of that decision is thanks to Nam and the exceptional service he provided. Highly recommended.

Our family (2 adults and 2 children) stayed at Sứ Retreat for 4 days and 3 nights in early July. We had a wonderful experience that exceeded all our expectations. The staff were very friendly, always smiling and bowing to greet our family every time we met. The food at An Restaurant was delicious. Our family had two dinners and one lunch at the restaurant. Our eldest child loved the Salmon Spaghetti so much that she ordered it at every meal, joyfully exclaiming "So delicious!" each time. She also really enjoyed the Milk Shake and became fond of the kind bartender. My wife is a vegetarian, so she had just one suggestion: it would be great if the vegetarian menu could be more diverse :) The outdoor bathtub was a lot of fun. Our two children had a blast playing in it every time they bathed. The (complimentary) bicycles at Sứ Retreat were very convenient to use. There were rear seats for children and adjustable gears for pedaling. Whether it was early morning or late evening, whenever we asked to borrow bikes, the staff were always enthusiastic and helpful. The room was spacious, with a ceiling fan combined with air conditioning that kept the space pleasantly cool. The infinity pool had a refreshing riverfront view. I often sat by the pool in the early morning or late evening to enjoy the breeze. From Sứ Retreat, it was easy and convenient for our family to cycle to the Ancient Town or to An Bàng/Cửa Đại beach. The laundry service was professional and fast. We handed over our laundry at 8 PM and received it back by 9 AM the next morning. The Koi pond right in front of our room became a delightful spot where our kids enjoyed “taking care” of the fish three times a day. The staff at Sứ Retreat often greeted and addressed me by name. They genuinely paid attention and cared about their guests.

The place is really quiet for relaxing.

The owner is so nice and accommodating. I love the location, it's in the quiet part but 6 mins walk to old town. The room is very spacious for it's price. I'm a solo traveller and felt safe and comfortable staying here. Wifi is good for digital nomads. It's very good for long stay, it has cabinets and vanity.

A truly wonderful holiday at Sen Village Hoi An! From the moment I checked in, I could feel the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff – always smiling, enthusiastic, and ready to assist with any request. The room was not only clean and comfortable but also featured beautifully crafted design touches that reflected the unique charm of Hoi An, giving me a sense of both coziness and authenticity. The grounds are peaceful and close to nature, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. Every little detail was well taken care of, which made my stay both complete and memorable.

Beautiful, charming city, with the Cherry Homestay and its great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. With Cherry the great owner... Most friendly and helpful ever. Lovely and great first impression of the homestay. Everything about the homestay was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, with excellent service . Cherry was always there to help with whatever is needed. Food was good and great value for money Service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The grounds were kept immaculate. The view of the river from the pool and our room was so relaxing. The staff went above and beyond with every interaction. We were delighted to find sample street food provided every day at 4pm.

What can I say! This was a fantastic stay right from the start. They handled everything for us from the airport pickup in da Nang to arranging a couple of outings. The two bedroom family suite was nicely divided with the washroom in the middle. Comfortable beds and a decent breakfast in the mornings. Including multiple drinks and snacks. They went all out for us with an anniversary welcome surprise and the owner was always attentive to the details. We liked that we could walk everywhere and people watch from the cafe seating that faced right on to the pedestrian area.

The whole experience was really top rate and we were treated like VIP's for our entire stay. The building is newly constructed and professionally decorated in a very tasteful and comfortable way and equipped with an elevator. The extra space of an apartment was great and we could spread out and relax. All of the staff members were very friendly and happy to chat with us regarding things to do in Hoi An and even talked to us about the history and development of the town.
