Very good location and new. It’s in the center of the Old Quarter, it’s near restaurants, spa, coffee, merchandise and souvenir shops, tourist attractions such as the Local market, the trail street, and many more. Hotel manager especially My Bui and Linh were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are cleaned every day, provided with ample toiletries with complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee. Will stay here again in Hanoi.

Everything! The bed was by far the comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in! The room had everything we needed and the was clean! The staff were extremely helpful. The spa was delightful! The entire experience was flawless.

It is a new hotel in old quarter . Enjoyed staying at this hotel . It is value for money as the rooms are spacious and clean . The room and reception service is top notch with the staff pretty courteous, polite and helpfull. The breakfast is good. Can be a good choice if one wants to stay in old quarter.

The location is very close to the Old Town so it is absolutely convenient. The facilities were very new, our room was clean and the services were excellent. Staffs are super helpful, especially Chi, Thao and Jenny at the reception were very informative, Dat took very good care of our luggage as well. Will recommend if you are travelling to Hanoi.

Everything really good place in old quarters of hanoi helpful staff

Right in the middle of the crazy streets, surprisingly enough the rooms were quiet, and the decorative rooms and cleanliness were spot on.

We loved everything from hotel , location is so convenience to walk around old quarter’s. Breakfast is delicious and the rooftop bar views are so chill for relaxing after long day of exploring. Staff are so friendly. We would like to thank all of them for their great hospitality and service. They were ready to help any time we needed. From check in Ms. Tracy welcomed us with the warmest, reception and bellman staff Mr. Williams, Hazel, An, Hoang & all service staffs at the restaurant . Thanks to all of them for making our stay memorable in Hanoi. You made our 1 year anniversary a memorable one, and can’t wait to see you again next time!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I visited Hanoi for a few days by myself. And I felt at home right away thanks to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them; they are always willing to help out. Location is excellent, surrounded by great cafes. On both ends of the street are the two famous beef and chicken noodle soups that are on Michelin guide. Other must-see places are also within walking distances.

The room came with a Projector! Movie every night in! The hotel is lovely and clean, my room was lovey & so were the staff

Our stay at Proverb Hotel Hanoi from May 14–16 was overall very pleasant, mainly because of the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and surprised with a birthday cake in the room, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the stay feel extra special. The room was also a good size, especially for a hotel located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, and it felt comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is another huge advantage — it’s very convenient for walking around the Old Quarter and close to many great restaurants and cafés. We also appreciated the hotel amenities and the cozy atmosphere of the property. What stood out the most, however, was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Despite our very early check-out at 4:30 AM, they prepared packed snacks for us to bring to the airport, which we genuinely appreciated. They even gave us a small farewell gift upon check-out, a simple gesture that really warmed our hearts and made the experience memorable.

Great location right next to the French Quarter and the Old Quarter. Lots of nice restaurants around as well. Everything is walkable.

I stayed at a junior suite for 2 nights. Very comfortable beds. The room design is very tasteful. Very clean. The best part is the very helpful staffs, always ready to help.

Upscale hotel in the old quarter. The small details, those you barely notice, bump up the quality of your stay and make a difference. For example: the welcome drink includes warm moist towels to refresh your hands and face. This was such a good feeling after 6 hours on a bus! Besides complimentary water, there's also fresh fruit in your room. Very good use of space to make the room as spacious and comfortable as possible. The staff is welcoming, kind, and very professional. They'll help you with any questions you may have about getting around, where to eat, and things to do.

Friendly staff that went above and beyond to ensure we are well taken care of. Great vibes all around. Great selection of food during breakfast. Even provided us breakfast box when we had to check out early.
