Beautiful villa , very spacious

I specially appreciated the hospitality of the staff. While we were at Melia one of my friends wanted to organize sunset bbq dinner to surprise his girlfriend with engagement ring. A staff named Ha Phuong (Hapu) helped us repeatedly to ensure everything was set up perfectly. It even included organizing flowers for the event and all the logistics for 60 people bbq which was successful.

Vert friendly and attentative staff. The Pink pearl 7 course meal was absolutely excellent. Well balanced ingredients and cooked to perfection. (Thank you Danny Do) The pastries at the coffe shop were delicious.

It was like walking around in Heaven…very picturess…everything beautifully green…beautiful flowers. The grounds are kept so clean. The swimming pools were warm and inviting. Our bungalows were so adorable and clean. The staff were on top of it all, very helpful and very kind. We even pampered ourselves to enjoy a massage, also very incredible the young ladies hands were incredible they were like magnets to the parts of my body that needed a stress relief from the tight tension. The morning buffet was enjoyable light and just enough to kick off your day with a nutritional breakfast to start off your day. There is laundry service and our clothes came back with a fresh scent and very nicely folded…we did not find a thing not to enjoy at this beautiful resort. This is definitely a must stay if you find yourself needing a place to stay in Phu Quoc, Vietnam…stop in and enjoy this wonderful resort just as much as we did…you will not be disappointed!!!

We had a fantastic 5-night stay! The beach was absolutely stunning—clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied each morning. I eat gluten-free, and they kindly prepared my own rice noodles each morning, which I really appreciated. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the exceptional staff—friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile. The free airport transfers made everything smooth and hassle-free, and overall it was excellent value for money. The local night market, with cheap massages and great food, is just 20 minutes away using Grab. A bonus: no visa is required if flying directly into and out of Phu Quoc International Airport from another international destination. Highly recommended!

We were 2 couples staying 6 nights at these hidden gem bungalows. Amazing tropical atmosphere with a really large pool, nice breakfast and very warm and welcoming people!! James speaks excellent English and is always happy to help with everything. I totally recommend it to people who seek authentic elements with chilled vibes.

Excellent. Highly recommend. Things we liked... The room was comfortable, the view from the room was great, and the breakfast selection was good. The beach access is right by the pool. There were enough lounges on the beach and by the pool..the pool was nice. The gardens are well tended. The pick up and drop off to the airport is complimentary. The hotel is perfectly clean and well maintained. The staff were good.

It's a great value for money, especially in a high season. Very nice owners!

WOW, BRILLIANT, FANTASTIC. I stayed for 30 nights at this great resort and enjoyed every minute of it. The lady and gentleman who own the resort (Anna and Loi) are so kind and always ready to help, on a few occasions taking me shopping at the supermarket and Loi always bought me an energy drink, (Perhaps I looked like I needed it lol) also taking me clothes shopping and to a Pharmacy on my first days while I found my feet. Anna was so lovely bringing me her freshly baked cakes and fruit from the resorts trees and always available with any requests I had, Anna also helped me getting a sim card when I forgot to bring my passport, the WiFi worked great and they even have a washing machine for guests too use. The island had power failure for 6 days which caused all the local restaurants and most shops to close but the resort has its own generator which was switched on a couple of times a day for a few hours and it was no problem getting a grab motorbike into town for a meal (Less than £1 each way) or grab food delivery. The resort is laid out very well, a few wooden bungalows scattered around a pool and orchards and very quiet, well it would have been if it wasn't for me playing my music from dawn till early evening, I didn't get any complaints and even got a couple of compliments on my music library from Canadian and Belgium guests. Not sure if Anna got any complaints after I had left but she did comment to me on WhatsApp about my singing, oops sorry lol. The resort has its own rooster (which crows early mornings) and hens which I fed every day, one even laid an egg on my kitchen work top one morning inches from the frying pan, YES REALLY. I will definitely stay here again.
