It is a new hotel in old quarter . Enjoyed staying at this hotel . It is value for money as the rooms are spacious and clean . The room and reception service is top notch with the staff pretty courteous, polite and helpfull. The breakfast is good. Can be a good choice if one wants to stay in old quarter.

The location of the hotel is perfect right in the centre of everything only a short walk to restaurants, lake, good spa, shops etc The entrance in stunning beautiful art and furnishings and the staff always greet you with a real smile. Absolutely wonderful experience! I visited Hanoi for a few days by myself. And I felt at home right away thanks to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. If you have any questions, feel free to ask them; they are always willing to help out. Location is excellent, surrounded by great cafes. On both ends of the street are the two famous beef and chicken noodle soups that are on Michelin guide. Other must-see places are also within walking distances.
