On our arrival we met Santa at the reception desk. She was pleasant and explained the property to us. We were on the far right side of the resort. Very quiet, no issues whatsoever. Every staff member we came in contact with was helpful and smiling. Carlo from entertainment was fun and made the activities exciting. Diane, Kenesha, and Marie at the bar were excellent servers, and pleasant. Jimmy from the restaurant was a favorite as well. Wonderful vacation. Beautiful views and stunning sunsets.

Amazing location, able to walk everywhere, the facilities were pristinely clean and beautiful. Real plus to have our own BBQ and dedicated outdoor space. The room was spacious, bright , with a fully functional kitchen. The jewel of this place was Esther. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming and very attentive. Constantly ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Each morning we were greeted with the warmth of her smile. Thank you to Livia for her clear and prompt communication with us.
