The staff here bent over backwards to fulfil my needs. I lost my wallet in Xi'An and thks to Jenny & Alex, they helped communicating to the local police for me. The room was just brilliant! Their indoor pool was super cool! The food at Jin Sha and the staff there was superb! The bath salt in the room smelled soooo good!

Felt more like a 5-star hotel, being honest, from the reception to the room, and the lavish buffet breakfast - everything was super comfortable, modern, and clean! The room even had a massage chair, which I loved. The receptionists were all extremely friendly and even helped me organize a carpooling trip to the Bazhiang Falls, as it's quite difficult and expensive to go on your own. They always provide you with free water and even free fruit daily.

The manager went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable, and proceeded to check in with me a few times during my stay. The hotel is extremely convenient to the Hangzhou metro. The breakfast was good and authentic Chinese.
