Where to start? Everything was exceptional, Catriona is a welcoming and friendly host. Katie's flat was immaculate with lovely comfy bed, excellent hot tub and jacuzzi bath for when the weather doesn't play ball. We will 100% be back.

Room was spacious with a lovely jacuzzi bath. Staff were extremely customer focussed, special mention to Adrian, Sakina and Kasia. Breakfast was excellent.

Very friendly, chatty and helpful staff, making you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Lovely country house feel, with a nice lounge to relax in and a cozy bar. Nice room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.

What’s not to like about the property! It has been completed to a really high standard, all rooms are beautiful but especially the bathroom and bedroom. We loved the window seats in the lounge and bedroom - perfect for relaxing and reading. The views from the hot tub are spectacular. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, miles from civilisation and that is perfect for a relaxing break. The Prosecco and snacks on arrival were such a thoughtful touch.

We had a perfect stay at this lovely cabin. I couldn’t have asked for more. The cabin was very well equipped, clean, comfortable and very spacious . Loved having the private hot tub in smaller cabin and the sauna in the bathroom area along with the stand alone bath and large shower cubicle. Was such a peaceful setting to chill out and relax ☺️

We revisited as we actually got married at the hotel here a year ago and absolutely love the hotel and location because of this. The hotel decor is luxurious and as we remembered it, makes it feel like a treat to come here as it is so nicely done. The outside space is beautiful and very peaceful. The lounge bar is relaxing and the pianist was a lovely touch. The spa is great but the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The rooms are really nice, a little small, but well equipped.

The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us. They were very pleasant too.
The room was very spacious and well appointed with a most comfortable bed. The bathroom was amazing with a jacuzzi bath and tv too! Breakfast was delicious with a great choice. A very enjoyable stay.

Breathtaking view, clean, comfortable house with plenty of space. Bathroom for every bedroom and downstairs toilet too. Had a lovely meal and breakfast in the hotel. Pool & Jacuzzi at hotel a great asset.
Hot tub at house was amazing which was checked everyday.
Access direct to the loch was fantastic and we swam every day.
This was the most fabulous amazing holiday for me and my family.

It was easy to get to, and not only was the home clean and spacious, but a lot of care and thought had gone into it.
We had great fun in the games room, a pamper session with the whirlpool tub and family fun in the hot tub and bar.
Cruyden Bay Beach was breathtaking! Colin was a great host, answered a call every time. Will be going back!!
