My experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful in every way. From the moment I arrived, the reception was impeccable and prompt, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional, always smiling and ready to help. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with a beautiful view and a tranquil atmosphere that provided complete peace of mind. The bed was comfortable, the in-room amenities were comprehensive, and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the main attractions and services, making getting around easy and convenient.

they gave us the room a couple hours before our check in, we came from a long flight and were super grateful for this. the hotel also has a pool so we were able to relax and recharge !!! the hotel also offers free transportation to the airport

I was looking for a stay near the airport as I had a delayed flight. The hotel was great place with well structured sitting arrangements to meet with people. Everything was perfect as per my expectation.

Supper nice, supper clean, fantastic

Quality of the infrastructure, outstanding premium room with an impressive design. A very appealing bathroom tube, Office space, light and curtains controlled from the King Bedroom. Very nice Spa, a variety of restaurants including a roofs with breathtaking view of Dubai.

Neat and clean and staff was very accommodating and cooperative

The staff and the manager were very friendly. Location, variety of foods. The airport is near the hotel. Everything is there around the hotel. The Metro is very near.

This is 2nd time I've stayed at the hotel for business because the location is really great for me ... Great price for the little over 2 weeks I stayed... Staff were very nice and professional, and very accommodating if I needed anything.
