A pleasant 1 night stay in Vienna. The rooms are exaclty as described, clean and prestine. Location is good and accesible to almost anything that you would need. I would like to highlight that the lady on the reception was incredibly warm and accomodating and gave detailed instruction on how to access the place.

I can not praise this premise enough!. Located at the 1st district, at the heart of everything, walking distance to almost all the attractions, luxury stores, restaurants and coffee houses, best location one can ever ask for. The apartment on the other hand is very well designed and equipped to the fullest. Very attentive staff. Felt really at home with service. We travel all around the world almost every month and this was one of our best stays in Europe. Highly recommended and definitely will come back with pleasure

You can feel such a charm the moment you just walk in , it’s a 300 years old building pretty well maintained , Mozart is always being played in the background, which is such a dreamy place for me . I enjoyed the Austrian wine here in the bar pretty much , especially the vibe at night is such a treat for me . Staff here are very professional and kind . I’d love to visit this place again in the future, I hope they can still keep the classy vibe forever.

St. Stephen's Cathedral

To stand at the pulpit of the iconic St Stephen’s is to commune with the divine. Founded in 1137 and finished in 1511, it’s said that Beethoven discovered his deafness when he saw birds fly from the bell tower but couldn’t hear the bells toll. This Gothic structure survived WWII fire damage and hosts a number of classical concerts and choirs throughout the year.

Visiting St.

Visiting St. Stephen’s Cathedral (Stephansdom) in the heart of Vienna is an unforgettable experience—both for its stunning Gothic architecture and the panoramic views it offers from above. While the cathedral itself is a masterpiece, full of spiritual depth and historical richness, climbing (or taking the lift) up to the North Tower (Nordturm) is the true highlight. From up there, you can enjoy postcard-worthy views over the entire city of Vienna. What makes it even more special is that you get to see the cathedral’s colorful tiled roof up close, which is something you can’t appreciate from street level. Standing at the top of the North Tower, seeing that roof stretch out beneath you, shimmering in the sunlight, is truly breathtaking.

Lovely building.

Lovely building. Went up the north tower which has 343 steps. It is a long way up so you need to be fit. The stairway is narrow . Lovely inside. We didn't go down to the catacombs but there were tours. The other tower had a lift which I wish I knew before I went. Think that tower would have given better views of the roof etc of the church.

It is absolutely worth your time and money.

It is absolutely worth your time and money. Late opening times are a plus, so you can go and visit this cathedral in the afternoon as well. It's honestly hard to miss this building in the center of Vienna. If you're able, climbing up one of the towers is definitely worth your time. The views of the city are really cool.

Think twice before going to the top of the tower.

Think twice before going to the top of the tower. The view is amazing, but it's a pretty tough way. The steps are very narrow, there are no windows and you go up by spiral. If you suffer from motion sickness or claustrophobia it will become your nightmare.

If you decide to climb the South Tour, watch your head on the way down. I banged mine and there was blood everywhere! The staff were superhelpful in coming to my assistance and helping me clean up and get on with my day.

Make sure you do not go at mass times.

Make sure you do not go at mass times. Get the combination ticket that will take you up to the towers (1 has an elevator) for views of the city, the crypt (note entry times with guide) and entry to the main body of the cathedral.

The place was very clean with fresh linen. The bathroom was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. The 24/7 reception was a big plus—staff were always available and very helpful. I also appreciated having access to a laundry machine. It costs about €3 per use, and you can easily get coins from the reception, which was very convenient. The location is excellent, very central and only about a six minute walk to St. Stephen’s Cathedral.
