Everything in hotel is perfect starting from the staff and end to the rooms. The staff were very nice and friendly

Room was very comfortable, bed is amazing. There is also parking spot besides the hotel, very convenient. Everyone from the staff were super friendly, gave us a lot of tips of what to do in the neighborhood. Outstanding breakfast, high quality food and a lot of options (worth to pay 22/euro per person). We also travelled with our pet and they received him very well. For sure will be back!

The location was great. Restaurant was very good and choice of food quite wide. Staff were nice and helpful.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the old town. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and had a really nice bathroom. Quiet despite being very central. Staff (both reception and restaurant) were very welcoming and friendly. We absolutely loved the breakfast and having it outside on the terrace was a bonus. Also enjoyed a dinner at the restaurant during our stay. I cannot fault anything with Weisses Rössl! A very good hotel!

We LOVED every thing. From the view to the staff to the food to the location to the shower. It was all perfect.

An excellent and immaculate room so close to train station and city centre

When we travel we often use Motel One and have never been disappointed so it was no surprise to us that the Innsbruck branch met the same high standards that we have come to expect from this hotel chain. What we didn't anticipate was the fantastic view from the bar on the 13th floor, an added bonus.

Super location, no frills hotel but clean and with everything you need. Delicious breakfast. Great spot for exploring Innsbruck, either wonderful views from your room!

Great location at a moderate price.

It was fine for one night, and breakfast was good, but our room was not awesome, super tight and felt dated

The room was so spacious and clean. The facilities were in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great view from the hotel and it was a short walk to the Christmas Markets. The hot water kettle and selection of teas was excellent ! There was ample street parking outside and since parking is free on Sundays it was only €4.20 to stay till checkout after free parking ended at 9 am the following day. Highly Recommended!

Very clean in a quiet locaton close to town center.

The hotel was in a great location, and the staff was very friendly. They were even able to accommodate an early check-in. The room was spacious enough for us (a couple with a 4-year-old child), clean, and had a small kitchen that allowed us to prepare some food in the evening. Overall, I enjoyed staying at the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Very clean room with great interior design.. Location is right in the center of main tourist attractions and various shops. Staffs are very helpful and friendly especially the front office.

The accommodation is right next to the main train station, making it very convenient for getting around.

Breakfast is exceptional! All things prepared with care and delicious. The staff is amazing kind and gentle, help you with everything with great care. The location is perfect if you want to be in the city. It’s a great value for money.
