Very comfortable beds, very clean, warm and comfortable, reception staff welcoming and helpful and attentive, super close to transport bus to park and information centre, so relaxing and cozy. We loved it!

The location of the property was great. the walking trails and the scenery on these walks around the actual property was fantastic, All the staff that we dealt with were helpful and friendly. the waterfalls, the trees, the wildlife, including Chunky the wombat were definite highlights. This combined with the beauty of the actual Cradle Mountain National Park and the snow we experienced on our last day, made for another unforgettable experience on our holiday in Tasmania.

Location was great - close to the Cradle Mountains. Driving through the park was horrendous through the pot holes!! And the directions were not clear. I think the potholes needs to fixed - you could damage the tyres of the vehicles driving through those huge pot-holes - sorry - otherwise the location and everything else was great.

Very clean and comfortable, great hot tub and shower. Well equipped with coffee maker and milk foamer! It was also very convenient for visiting Cradle Mountain National Park.

Staff were wonderful; laundry had free facilities and washing powder; fireplace lounges throughout the hotel were wonderful; lounge, bar and restaurant were fabulous; breakfast buffet choices were delicious and catered to a broad array of preferences; close to Cradle Mountain Info Centre and shuttle busses into the park.
