When we arrived, the cottage was warm and inviting. The main room was cosy and warm even though it was quite cold outside. We loved the warm, complimentary home baked loaf of bread that was waiting for us as well as the chocolate bars and the pod coffee machine with complimentary pods. The entire cottage is in immaculate condition and all appliances, cutlery, plates, etc seem like new. The main bedroom is very spacious and the bed is super comfortable. The sofa bed is also really comfortable. The shower is great as well. We really loved staying here and enjoyed the rural outlook as well as watching a kookaburra feeding not far from the cottage in the morning before we left.

Little Belmont is a recently renovated vacation home in Lunawanna where guests can make the most of the garden and barbecue facilities.

How cost it was! Walking in to an already stoked fire and warm cottage was amazing on a cold and rainy day 😊 the wild life was an added bonus! The kids loved the wallabies, rabbits and the brightest colored birds we’d seen in Tasmania! We also loved playing the monkey game - thanks for stocking lots of fun things to do inside while the weather is a bit dreary.

It's such a beautiful location. Right between two gorgeous seaside towns. All the shops, cafes and restaurants minutes away. The accommodation was 5 stars. So well presented. We loved our stay and will return again for sure.

Everything! The space is stunning. The decorations and furniture. The beds are super comfy. The kitchen is completely equipped. Each bedroom has its own lovely bathroom. It’s quiet. We couldn’t stop taking photos of the stain glass windows as the sun was setting.

Location was perfect, very central for either going out to Stanley or along the coast pass Devonport. Wayne was an excellent host, helpful and informative. Had heaps of local lore to share. Made you feel like a friend visiting him for a few days. The room was spacious and comfortable with great views up and down the coast.
