Amazing design and so confortable !

Room’s size was fantastic,decoration and staffs as well.

I spent two nights at this wellness hotel and was genuinely impressed by the experience. The facilities were amazing — everything felt modern, serene, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to unwind and relax. The only downside was the food hall; the options weren’t very good and felt underwhelming compared to the rest of the hotel. However, the breakfast was absolutely incredible and definitely stood out. Overall, it’s a beautiful, comfortable place that offers a wonderful wellness escape

Parking, the food was awesome and within walking distance to multiple stores.

The staff were very helpful. Tessa at the front desk was so wonderful! Jesus Soto, the concierge , was so helpful and wonderful, as well. He took the time to help me with the metro system. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I really like the bathroom with long countertops. Breakfast was great! The staff were equally nice and service oriented.

Great staff (and spoke English too!). Accommodations were impeccable and the balcony was top notch. Surprisingly quiet for being in a huge city like Brussels. Bar served a wonderful cappuccino too. Parking is extra but for the security, it is worth it. It’s also a minute walk from the nearest train stop, takes about 15 minutes to get to the center of town.

I had a lovely stay! The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were kind and always willing to help. Although there was no kitchen, I opted for the breakfast buffet and it was quite good. The hotel has an elevator, which was very convenient, and public transportation nearby made it super easy to get to the city center. I definitely recommend this place!

I loved every detail of the hotel. A super cozy room, in a convenient distance from the tram and metro station. It's got lovely staff and It was really like they thought and put together every detail to make it perfect. The moment you enter the hotel a very pleasant fragrance welcomes you and this was a very good first impression for us. The room was spotless and a great breakfast with delicious options were available on the buffet.

Very pleasant stay- I was upgraded to a larger room and breakfast included for no charge since booking.com had made an error. I also was able to leave my luggage for the day despite checking out early in the morning.

Nice clean renovated hotel and room. The room was immaculate which I always appreciate with my very sensitive allergies. Staff was friendly. Located in a nice neighborhood which was great because my partner stayed in other very sketchy areas before in Brussels. But we felt safe and comfortable at this hotel.
