Second stay here, and its just as great. Love the rooms and the bedding. Huge bathrooms and exceptionally clean. Love the outdoor garden bar and champagne.

Clean, modern, spacious room and bathroom. Free parking. And easy access to the bus is a short walk away. Nice restaurant and bar on-site. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Location of the hotel is good.

Beautiful little hotel in the heart of the action. Just a 5 minute walk to the stunning Minnewater park and Lake of Love. Get up early before enjoying the lovely hotel breakfast and stroll the area before the crowds arrive. So worth it!

The room was very warm and comfortable, with an incredibly soft and cozy bed. The location was perfect — close to every main attraction, so we could easily explore the city on foot. The staff were amazing! The girl at the reception when we arrived was so kind and helpful — she welcomed us warmly, gave us a list of places, bars, and restaurants to try for an authentic local experience, and really made us feel at home. After check-out, they even allowed us to leave our luggage until our departure, which was very convenient. The price was extremely reasonable for everything the hotel offers. Our experience was truly fantastic, and we will definitely be back!

The hotel is quaint family run small hotel with a very friendly and helpful host! She went above and beyond in finding the right adapters when ours didn't fit. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station, the churches, belfrey tower, the chocolate museum, shopping and many restaurants. The shower was amazing with personal products provided.

The hotel was in a very communicative place. The setting itself immediately predisposed us to the fabulous Bruges. The service was excellent, very welcoming. The food was excellent.

We got the spacious four bed room, which included a kitchen and living area in a separate room, which was very nice.

The decor and ambiance was very nice, the smell of the candles, the small details. The bar was cozy and beautiful. The room was very clean absolutely spacious and had all the needed amenities. The breakfast area was very good and comfortable. Breakfast was a great compliment and the selection was very good. The very best was the attention of the staff, very welcoming and helpful.

Attractions in walking distance (near the old centre) but still quiet.

Kathlyn was very accommodating. Rooms are very clean and quiet. We like very much the garden just outside the rooms. Neighboorhood is an attraction itself. Location is perfect-very close to attractions and train station, would suggest though to still go by taxi if you have luggages because of the cobblestone streets.

Beautiful and quiet hotel right in the city centre. The hotel itself is clean and spotless. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are a decent size with comfortable bed and linens. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
