The room is nice and cozy, the bed is very comfortable and warm, the shower room is nice and hygienic, and the breakfast is delicious.

We loved that the apartment was family friendly very much like a suite. It had access to a separate kitchen, a fully equipped gym and a pool with a sauna, There was also a laundry room with a dryer on the floor. Perfect. Transportation was brilliant as the apartment was a few hundred metres from the Brussels Luxembourg station. For families who love to cook, there are supermarkets less than a mile from where you are. The star of course is Celia, the receptionist/ floor manager at Renaissance Hotel where you check into the apartment. She checked us in early and her customer service was par excellence. We really appreciated her cooperation and help. Loved it and will definitely book again.

The staff were very helpful. Tessa at the front desk was so wonderful! Jesus Soto, the concierge , was so helpful and wonderful, as well. He took the time to help me with the metro system. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I really like the bathroom with long countertops. Breakfast was great! The staff were equally nice and service oriented.

The neighborhood was very safe. The metro station was very close and useful. Everything was fine. There are two store near the hotel. Conveniently located to get to the city center. It's also very convenient that you can leave your luggage after you vacate the room if you have time to kill before your flight. You can also rent an umbrella. I highly recommend.

The sauna is a perfect solution for recharging after a long oversees flight and to be ready for a full working day next morning.

The property is in a great location. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good tv channel selection. Room and tidied and bed made with fresh towels everyday. Breakfast for €5 was such a great deal and excellent value for money. Would stay here again.

Everything, the room was ready very early, the bad was huge and comfortable. The room was quiet and packed with everything I needed. The stuff was also super nice and welcoming! The location was great too and very close to the metro.
