The staff were very helpful. Tessa at the front desk was so wonderful! Jesus Soto, the concierge , was so helpful and wonderful, as well. He took the time to help me with the metro system. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I really like the bathroom with long countertops. Breakfast was great! The staff were equally nice and service oriented.

The neighborhood was very safe. The metro station was very close and useful. Everything was fine. There are two store near the hotel. Conveniently located to get to the city center. It's also very convenient that you can leave your luggage after you vacate the room if you have time to kill before your flight. You can also rent an umbrella. I highly recommend.

One of the largest rooms i ever stayed in Europe, very friendly staff and the location is the best in Brussels Very quite neighborhood with a very lovely park beside it

Size of our room was great. Location was awesome.

We loved that the apartment was family friendly very much like a suite. It had access to a separate kitchen, a fully equipped gym and a pool with a sauna, There was also a laundry room with a dryer on the floor. Perfect. Transportation was brilliant as the apartment was a few hundred metres from the Brussels Luxembourg station. For families who love to cook, there are supermarkets less than a mile from where you are. The star of course is Celia, the receptionist/ floor manager at Renaissance Hotel where you check into the apartment. She checked us in early and her customer service was par excellence. We really appreciated her cooperation and help. Loved it and will definitely book again.

Great room, clean and comfy, with a lot of useful utilities provided such as cutlery, tea kettle, and makeup removing pads!

I liked everything- the hotel is beautiful, the room was spacey, everything was super clean and the bed was super comfy. I also liked the area so much because it is very calm. The location is perfect (very central), and metro is basically around the corner. The balcony was facing a park across the hotel, so I really enjoyed the view. I will def come back here next time I am in Brussels.

Very friendly, helpful, communicative and attentive to details staff. Felt right at home with their hospitality. Central location yet still only 15 mins away from the airport.

Everything, the room was ready very early, the bad was huge and comfortable. The room was quiet and packed with everything I needed. The stuff was also super nice and welcoming! The location was great too and very close to the metro.
