Very central location. The room was spacious. It had a lovely bathroom. Staff was friendly.

Staffs are so nice the they help me accommodate even we arrived late night. Highly recommended

This hotel was located in the perfect place within a five minute walk to the Grand Place. We loved the café entrance and the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and we would definitely stay there again

The hotel is gorgeous and the owner is lovely, very funny and you can see the passion he has for his hotel. Breakfast was bread, croissants, cheese, ham, juice and tea and it was included and as we are, a piano sonata played and it was like living in a Moroccan dream. Stunning

My room had a great view directly into the covered passage. The room was comfortable and surprisingly spacious and had a coffee machine.

I like the room and location. A quiet hotel in the busy road. The classic design in this hotel is just wow.

I like that the staff is friendly and accommodating especially the receptionist. I've always known they are trained to be nice and accommodating, that's their job of course but some staff always go above and beyond to exceed your expectations by putting extra effort in their services. One of them which I forgot to take the name of, was excellent enough to prepare a hot chocolate for me in the lobby even if I didn't ask for it.she figured out that I'm freezing and it's life saving for me after an exhausting flight. I was told my room was upgraded, although I didn't actually know what the difference was, it seems classic to me. But yeah, it was spacious, spotless and has a window in the ceiling where I can open and see the stars, only if it's not always cloudy and raining. The breakfast is within my taste and preferences so I love it💓 The the size and deepness of the pool is just enough for me. It's kind of cute. I enjoyed swimming there. The sauna is also doing its Job so no complaints!

Clean, neat, smells good, provided initial items if you forgot to pack them, comfortable beds. It is accessible for the elderly and most disabled people but if you are on a wheelchair you’ll have to ask the stuff if there’s an alternative elevator as the one I used has a small door. It is very close to Brussels central station. The stuff was very kind and I sincerely recommend for everyone!

Staffs are very friendly and the location is superb! It also gives a homey feeling especially the lobby and the complementary available for free 😀
