The sauna is a perfect solution for recharging after a long oversees flight and to be ready for a full working day next morning.

Staffs are so nice the they help me accommodate even we arrived late night. Highly recommended

This hotel was located in the perfect place within a five minute walk to the Grand Place. We loved the café entrance and the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and we would definitely stay there again

The neighborhood was very safe. The metro station was very close and useful. Everything was fine. There are two store near the hotel. Conveniently located to get to the city center. It's also very convenient that you can leave your luggage after you vacate the room if you have time to kill before your flight. You can also rent an umbrella. I highly recommend.

Room is great overall; clean, spacious enough and good amenities. Location is great, not too centric so not crowded but very close to everything. Breakfast was great, big selection and much better priced than places in the center.

Andrea, the receptionist, was an excellent host. She was prompt, well spoken and very helpful!

My room had a great view directly into the covered passage. The room was comfortable and surprisingly spacious and had a coffee machine.

The room was great actually and it is a good value for money. The staff was super helpful and kind. Overall, this is definitely a good hotel that surprisingly turned out to be much better than expected and even better than other more expensive hotels that are closer to the grand place. Highly recommended. It's a 12 minutes walk from Grand central station.

Beautiful lobby and rooms, very clean with exceptional staff/service.

Clean, neat, smells good, provided initial items if you forgot to pack them, comfortable beds. It is accessible for the elderly and most disabled people but if you are on a wheelchair you’ll have to ask the stuff if there’s an alternative elevator as the one I used has a small door. It is very close to Brussels central station. The stuff was very kind and I sincerely recommend for everyone!

I like the room and location. A quiet hotel in the busy road. The classic design in this hotel is just wow.

I like that the staff is friendly and accommodating especially the receptionist. I've always known they are trained to be nice and accommodating, that's their job of course but some staff always go above and beyond to exceed your expectations by putting extra effort in their services. One of them which I forgot to take the name of, was excellent enough to prepare a hot chocolate for me in the lobby even if I didn't ask for it.she figured out that I'm freezing and it's life saving for me after an exhausting flight. I was told my room was upgraded, although I didn't actually know what the difference was, it seems classic to me. But yeah, it was spacious, spotless and has a window in the ceiling where I can open and see the stars, only if it's not always cloudy and raining. The breakfast is within my taste and preferences so I love it💓 The the size and deepness of the pool is just enough for me. It's kind of cute. I enjoyed swimming there. The sauna is also doing its Job so no complaints!
