everyone in reception was incredibly helpful and kind, the rooms are super comfortable and everything is super close to the hotel.

The room had all necessary facilities & we loved the loft bedroom. A fantastic location close to the gondolas, restaurants & shops.

We spent a couple of days in the hotel and were really enjoyed it. Great location - silent, close to nature, 30 mins walking to the city center The room was cozy, clean, with a great view, equipped with everything needed, including tea, coffee. Staff was really helpful
