Hotels near Dian Lake, Kunming

Newly opened, the rooms, the decor and staff attentiveness were all very tasteful, comfortable and cozy.

We were so impressed by this property - it was supposed to be only a place to sleep for the night but we had to extend our stay due to sickness - the facilities were very clean, the room well equipped. The staff were very sweet and kind and willing to help with anything we needed (extra supplies and letting me use the kitchen at night). The location is great, in the heart of a shopping area for university students, so there are tons of food options and shopping (many supermarkets and pharmacies , as well as cute shops ). The breakfast had western and Chinese style, and was very good. And of course it is only a few minute didi away from the railway station.

A very comfortable hotel, located in a neighborhood that pleasantly surprised us. We chose it because of its proximity to the high-speed train railway station, and it fully met our expectations. In the hotel's neighborhood, not much frequented by tourists, we enjoyed delicious food served by very kind locals. The hotel has a lovely library, well-stocked with children's literature, which our children enjoyed despite the language barrier. A very pleasant surprise!

It contains the basics you can expect from a 5-star hotel. Staffs are super friendly and helpful, free shuttle bus to South train station is a plus.
