Super clean, convenient, very friendly employees!

The hotel was very comfortable and provided a great night’s rest. The environment felt extremely safe, which made the stay very relaxing. Overall, the experience met and exceeded my expectations.

I must say the staff is the nicest people they are willing to go extra miles to accomodate the guests. They helped us requesting Uber and in exchange we paid them my cash (because the fee is directly deducted from their account). They also gave us early check in!

The hotel was very clean and cozy. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. As we do not speak Chinese they tried to translate our queries as much as possible. Appreciate it. The breakfast was decent and healthy. We were given complementary coffee coupons. Zhou Qian and Hu Qi yuan are excellent staff. Always ready to help. The manager was also supportive.

Location was most convenient for my purpose of using the Metro.

Close to main tourist attractions, such as the Wide and narrow lanes.

We liked absolutely everything, it was our first trip to Chengdu and this place was super quiet and right in the middle of the city. Very clean and friendly, shower was very strong,all things we needed were there, really nice teas and tea set in the room., wich was very special, in other hotels we had only Lipton and tea bags, and here they always refiled food quality tea.
