All perfect. Amazing location.

This was such a welcoming place, the staff really made us feel so comfortable and they gave good advice and also were happy to troubleshoot little problems for us (like when we were out and experiencing communication problems we rang them to interpret!)

Excellent place to stay near to the metro station literally 2 min walking, near to different attractions and the Staff is so Kind. The room was so big and We felt comfortable. Also they provide a great variety of food for the breakfast, I highly recommend this place in Chengdu.

Very comfortable beds, space (we had a two bed) and great location. Hotel was located a few metres from the subway; which made getting around easy. Very helpful staff. We would stay again.

This was a conveniently located hotel directly on the Metro line. It was relatively close to most areas, but then, with the Metro and inexpensive Taxi and Didi rides, everything is close. It's really nice that there's a small shop within 20 meters out the back door of the hotel. I can't say enough about Emily who went out of her way to message us on WeChat offering non-stop assistance and providing a plethora of suggestions on what to see and do, not only in Chengdu, but in our next city of Chongqing. The breakfast was alway delicous and plentiful, and again, the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful to us every morning. I know it doesn't matter to everyone, but we are in our late 60s and found free admission to the Panda reserve and most other Chinese national parks and venues.

From the moment we stepped out of the car, we were truly impressed by the grand atmosphere and exceptional service at this hotel. The welcome experience was seamless and warm, and we immediately felt well taken care of. A dedicated manager was assigned to look after us throughout our stay, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Ms. Meria Pan. She went above and beyond—helping us secure restaurant reservations, recommending places to explore in Chengdu, and providing thoughtful guidance. Even after we had left Chengdu for Chongqing, she continued to assist us, which was genuinely outstanding. The hotel room was spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. We were allocated a room on the 40th floor with wonderful city views—especially stunning at night. The room amenities were excellent, from the quality of the bed and linens to the luxurious bathroom and thoughtful room setup. The location of the hotel was also a major highlight. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and street food options right around the property, as well as convenience stores and mini marts just a short walk away. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The concierge team was equally impressive. They kindly allowed us to store our luggage for several days while we travelled to Chongqing, which made our trip much more convenient. Their professionalism and willingness to assist added to the overall positive experience. We also visited the sky bar during our stay and enjoyed the cakes and drinks while overlooking the city skyline. The ambiance was fantastic, and the desserts were delicious—definitely worth trying. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional service, luxurious comfort, and a prime location. The staff, especially Ms. Meria Pan, made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chengdu.
