My room was very large and spacious, impeccably clean, had a very comfortable bed, ample storage space, plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower, good air conditioning and there was a lovely view of the plaza. The location is absolutely stellar, just a few minutes from the wall along the ocean and very easy walking distance to all the main points of interest. The staff, however, are the main draw - over the top helpful and exceptionally kind.

I Loved Leones de alba. It was beautiful. Staff were amazing especially breakfast and room service staff. Breakfast was great. They decorated my hotel for my birthday and I was extremely impressed. The location was perfect right in the middle of the city, it was very safe.
