I Have been in the hotel for almost 5 days and the stay was exceptional! The staff of the hotel was amazing: Yuli narvaez (marketing manager), Katherine Navarro Hector arrieta Ana Castellar Vanessa mendoza Fabian iturriago Eric ponce (quality manager) I have no words to describe how they are welcoming and nice! And beside that the breakfast was outsanding! I would definitely return back to this hotel and will recommend all my clients and all my friends!! Moreover, the location of the hotel is more than perfect!

The Breakfast is amazing. The room is very comfortable and was bigger than expected. The location is perfect, it is near very good restaurants like Juan del Mar, and also is a Juan Valdez very close.

Let me start off by saying .. what a great staff Viajero has ! For my first time in colombia this has been the best experience ever. The front desk team Julio has been a tremendous help as well and Andre and Laura !! Amazing front staff. Let me take you now to this Bar team, Dyanna is always smiling bringing light to the bar, David has great mixing skills at the bar. Renne bringing the crowed together and teaching the customers how to dance salsa and other cultural instrument of Colombia. Gabriel, william and Jose always taking care of the property and making sure everyeone is accommodating .

The breakfast was at Sofitel Santa Clara and it was Another asset was that we were allowed to use pool at Santa Clara Sofitel.

Beautiful property, room 216 is great and spacious, I loved the bathroom. The food is delicious and the pool is wonderful at the end of the day.

The location was amazing- right in the walled city. Very cute decor. Hotel was small, intimate and had a fantastic staff! Was very impressed at how quite the hotel is, given the location. Rooms were very comfortable.

They were super helpful, I was travelling alone with my new born and I am so happy I landed here. The accommodate ALL my request. The hotel is really beautiful
