Nice hotel interior, clean room, quiet surroundings.

Their service and also they gave us a lot of breakfast, that we were able to eat it for lunch also... I liked their service and also variety of options for breakfast...

Beautiful place, lot's of greenery around and a very friendly staff.

The staffs were very friendly including the bar man and the cleaning lady.

The beds were so comfortable I thought I was on a CLOUD. You get to pick from three different pillows, each different size and softness, and you just don't want to get up in the morning! There was also an overhead "rain" shower, and in case you haven't tried one yet, it's like the water gives you a nice warm hug. Very please, will definitely travel here again!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location was also very convenient, situated only about 30 minutes from the city center, with easy access to public transportation, including bus stops and a nearby metro station. The staff were helpful and professional, which made the experience even better. Overall, this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Location, price/offer of the room

Wonderful staff, easy check in. We forgot to book the breakfast but they graciously allowed us to book it for the next day and then made one of the best breakfasts we've ever had at a hotel, a holiday feast that was just for our family. Much appreciated and above and beyond. Note: If you're using booking.com and want the breakfast, make sure to book it separately in addition to regular booking

Prompt check-in, receptionist very pleasant and explained everything. Room was clean and provided all necessary amenities. Hotel itself was very easy to find and was close to the venue as well as the metro.

Cozy atmosphere, beautiful ambience, quiet neighborhood, very friendly couple who run the hotel.

Prague is on another level; I loved everything about it. Starting with the airport—I arrived tired with my daughter, and we were able to sleep right there because they had rest areas with bed-like furniture. We took public transport to the hotel—it was really cool—and the hotel itself was excellent. Everything was superb: the breakfast, the staff, the rooms, the cleanliness—everything. Prague is a place you want to come back to—to live, to work, everything.

super clean, helpful reception

Amazing staff , so helpful , very close to the city - old town . Just take the tram which is 3 min walk from the hotel . Tram number 22 which I usually took . And droop me exactly in the center . I asked to stay 1 hr as late check out . And the guy never hesitate to agree . Free parking is available for the car . One of best hotel I stayed in and will definitely book there next time in Prague .

Staff is very friendly, hotel is close to transportations and in a good area.

For a four star hotel and the the price paid I think it’s an OK experience and breakfast was not so bad and it’s a very old hotel but you can have access to everything needed except like the heater was not working and it was May however lightning was good and that was a little bit of noise coming from the outside, but that wasn’t so bummer And the receptionist ladies were very helpful we needed a extra shampoo and conditioner, etc. and we got them and they let us to drop our luggage’s to our flight. That was also good and yeah, the Wi-Fi connection was also good. I’ve used the iron from the hotel. Shampoo and showing gels must be more. And the hygiene was good I’ve been informed by the hotel that I had forgotten a piece of clothes in the room and I received it back while collecting my luggage.
