Excellent hotel!!! really excellent! staff is veeeeeery much helpful and responsive! room was very comfortable - I slept like a baby which is really rare for me in hotels. Location is wonderful. I'm travelling with a dog, so, park 5 min (even less) walk distance was/is must have for me. Breakfast in the room option - I love love love it. Again, when you're travelling with a dog - this is very much helpful.

The staff were super friendly and spoke excellent English. The spa was included (with robes and slippers) and was a great way to relax after the Christmas markets. The restaurant was casual but the food was as good as it gets. I had the best roast duck I have ever had. The location is less that a block away from three major tram lines. Large room with separate bath and showers. Really top notch and quite a bargain.

Incredibly spacious, just the bathroom was the size of an average hotel room. Great location with a short walk to anything worth seeing. Clear check-in instructions.

I liked having an apartment-like environment. The separation between the rooms gave it a much-appreciated environment. Although I saw a few negative comments, this property exceeded expectations.
