The front desk team was very helpful, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we felt very comfortable from arrival to departure. Great place to stay with my family, having a bike tour throw Germany! Great restaurant, big rooms and great bed! But the highlight was the staff, that for sure will make us come back! Well done team!

Fantastic hotel run by a wonderful family. Our room was VERY spacious with a balcony and another window. The water pressure was excellent. The bed was good as well. It was also pet-friendly at a very affordable cost (10 euro/night for our dog). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and felt welcomed from the start. The small parking lot next to the hotel was perfect for our car as well. It was nice and quiet while still very accessible to the Old Town.

great location, can walk everywhere. Very nice staff - I still can't believe I got a personal chef (I think I was the only guest at the time - early Jan) -- making me delicious eggs. Clean. Comfy. Would stay there again.

Beautiful place, nicely decorated with style, excellent breakfast and really nice host. Overall an excellent value for the money. In the star system, this is an accurate solid 3 stars. The parking, although small, is a real plus for this location.

You literally can not beat the location. Public transportation right around the corner. Lots of shops and restaurants/cafes.

Very centrally located, close to Bismarckplatz, but quiet. There is a lift and the room was clean and not too small. The reception was friendly and helpful.
