Location is superb! Room was spacious and very clean and up to date. Bathroom was large with big tub and shower!

The hotel is located on the top of the mountain and just a few steps way to take the cable car to Heidelberg Castle and old town with guest discount. We had a breakfast there, which has a lot of choices. Our rooms is very clean and looks luxury. The receptionist is very nice and her suggestions let us finish the touring in the afteroon that we arrived with such a nice autumn weather.

The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, modern amenities, and spacious layout. Everything I needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel am Rathaus . The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast buffet was very good. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect location in the middle of Old Town Heidelberg, right on the main street. Close to great restaurants, shops, the castle, and especially for our travel - the Christmas markets! The apartment itself was so comfortable and well-appointed. The staff always replied to messages quickly and were very helpful.
