A spacious room, a kettle and the bottles of water in the room. A spacious bathroom with a hairdryer and several towels. Good location in the city center. A lot of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. A comfortable bed, no noises during the night.

The breakfast was excellent. The property is a traditional, historic 5 star hotel with wide stairways and hallways, marble floors and well maintained common areas. The room was comfortable and we liked being on the quiet back side.

It exceeded my expectations. Mainly student housing, but anyone can stay here. The rooms are "apartments" located almost in the center of Frankfurt. I will definitely be back.

Wifi, location and neighborhood

Obviously hotel did a good job of upgrading with nice bed and furniture

location is in the middle of the red light district and it was littered with trash, homeless and drug addicts. Almost felt unsafe to go out of the hotel.

Breakfast selection was excellent as was the wait staff during breakfast. Location was excellent just a short 8 minute walk from the Frankfurt main train station, yet in a quiet upscale neighborhood.

Location was great. The staff was A1. Everybody was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The room was small compared to what we’re used to and the toilet was tough to negotiate because it was very small. Also, the shower was very slippery you had to be very careful they didn’t slip. But everything and everybody else was Top shelf

The staff are all friendly and very helpful! The location is very convenient from the hauptbahnhof for family with toddlers or kids, and the breakfast is very good!

Situated near the central station, city center is walking distance and near restaurants and shops.
