I strongly recommend this hotel. Very nice room. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant with hearty breakfast. Good location near several key spots. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Went to several excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Our kids felt like at home. Very clean, using sustainable options and the staff were wonderful.

A full service hotel. 24 hour reception. Has a historic decore in a large and comfortable lobby. There was someone to help me take my bag to my room. Reserved a taxi early in the morning to take me to the airport. The taxi arrived 7 minutes early. An exceptional breakfast buffet for 27€. The selection was excellent and left me fueled and ready to go all day. Friendly and courteous staff. Comfortable bed. Small room, but I am a solo traveler, so it was enough for me. Cost a bit more than the normal budget tourist hotels, but the extra money was worth the amenities. Walk out of the south exit of the central Munich train station, cross the street and you are there.

It's the best hostel I visited out of 68 different hostels. A&o in my opinion will become the best in hostels business as flixbus became in bus business. A&o are the best, The have everything including kitchen and everything in. Regards, Clark

The staff were extremely friendly, the location is perfect, and the rooms were clean and warm. From the staff I met, I remember Pedro's name, special thanks for his kindness.

The hotel is well finished and comfortable. It offers a rich breakfast with many sweet and savory options. The breakfast room is lovely and well soundproofed from the noise outside. The rooms are clean, and the reception staff are very courteous.

The hotel staff was all very friendly and efficient. The hotel is close to a mall with shopping, grocery and a food court with lots of choices. There is also a cute wine bar right across the street. We walked from the train station in 15 mins. Breakfast is available for 10€ /day.

The Novatel was modern, clean & comfortable. The location was an easy walk from the train station &Hop on/Hop off buses. The room was spacious & comfortable, we were very happy. Great breakfast, no complaints from us. A great stay.

This room had by FAR the best mattress and pillows we experienced out of the 6 hotels we stayed at in the trip. That alone made it the best. On top on that, it is right next to a train stop which can take you anywhere in the city.

I was thoroughly impressed with our stay! The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made our visit all the more comfortable. It was my husband’s birthday, and we were delighted to find a thoughtful surprise waiting for us—a little cake in our room upon arrival. That extra touch really made the experience special. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort to make our celebration memorable. Highly recommend !

Great location. Bus stop right in front and train station just a 5 minute walk away. Nice breakfast, spacious room. This was exactly what we were looking for to get our European vacation started. If I ever find myself back in Munich, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very friendly/helpful staff and clean/modern rooms. The bathroom was also very fresh. It's easy to get around the city as there are bus/tram/metro connections just outside the hotel

Location room and parking were excellent, centrally located without being too inside the congestion of the city center. Breakfast buffet was also excellent with lots of healthh options.
