The room was beautiful, spacious, with real authentic parquet. Spacious shower cabin - very nice! And breakfast was excellent - avocado smash, salmon and dark sourdough bread was excellent. I would come back next time for sure!

The room was so comfy with carefully thought out details that were really appreciated like... a personalized welcome note, refillable water container, hooks near the entry door for your jacket, handbag, etc., mud tray for your shoes, an umbrella, wonderfully stocked refrigerator, bluetooth radio/speaker, complimentary makeup removal pads and q-tips, a full length mirror in the bedroom along with a magnified mirror (portable and stationary) along with several hooks in the bathroom. The mattress and pillows were also comfortable. Our room had a small lounge area with chairs and a footrest that were very cosy. The hotel was also in a great location! Easy access to public transportation with a nice selection of local cafes and neighborhood restaurants that seem to cater more towards people who lived in the area rather than to tourists. We didn't have breakfast so I can't speak to the quality of the food nor did we take advantage of the gym.

Wonderful zoo and parks, plenty of museums, many interesting historical sites, cathedrals etc etc.
Restaurants for every taste and wallets. Malls and stores with cheap and upscale brands.

First time in Berlin and I loved the city!
First time in Berlin and I loved the city! The summer weather made it easy to enjoy walking around and sightseeing. I'd recommend walking by the Spree river, specially nearby the Museum island. You can walk by the river down to the East Side Gallery as well. The Tiergarten is big and beautiful, with many green areas to enjoy the sun.
I found it super easy to get around the city. If you plan to hit many spots in the same day would highly recommend getting a 24h day-pass ticket, which covers underground, train and buses.
Would also highly recommend the Hofbräu Wirtshaus restaurant in Alexanderplatz, great Bavarian food, super quick and nice service.
I'd say 5 days is enough to hit the main spots in the city if you're looking for the more touristic side of it. If you're planning to party, try to fit in from Thursday through Tuesday.

Look out for the public transport!
Look out for the public transport! I still haven't figured it out just yet. It is a bit expensive, but the city is BEAUTIFUL. I would recommend go on a tour first as there's SO MUCH to learn about the city. The combination of old and new, the history, the buildings, the people, the culture... I dont know, I just loved it.
Definitely coming back again soon!!

Great location right in front of Ostbahnhof and next to East Side Gallery, very easy to get around city centre by train :) We came for a concert at the Uber Eats Music Hall which was just 5-10 min walk away. Love the vibes at this hotel and the rooms are modern and enjoyable. Even got an early check-in for free since our flight arrived in the morning! :) this was our second stay here and will definitely come again when visiting Berlin.

every necessaries were adequate quality to stay ( no noisy, ok hygienic , not mad employees, ok shower pressure, not so smelly toilet , life dusty in room, etc. it was our last accommodation among 4 in Germany and definitely the best )

Best location we’ve ever had, walked everywhere in Mitte, hardly needed to use our PT ticket in Berlin. The public underground and bus stations are around the corner from hotel. The staff was very accommodating. We appreciated the large size of our room and ability to use the kitchenette for early breakfasts.

If the goal of your visit is to see Berlin - it’s better to look for other hotel closer to the city centre. But if you want to be in the area - it’s great place - small, clean and welcoming, near the lake Schlachtensee, in the very nice green area of villas.

By far the best hotel in Germany! Love every single bit of it, the gym is a bit small but functional. Hotel feels so luxurious & fancy. The playroom was a nice addition. Will definitely come back here
