The room was clean, quiet and comfortable - no complaints.

Comfortable room with queen bed and lounge chair. Excellent shower with digital control of water temperature, overhead rain shower and multi-function hand held shower. Breakfast buffet was beyond expectation with just about anything you'd want for hot and cold food. Exercise room was well equipped with adjacent sauna room, bathrooms with lockers, showers and plenty of towels and even slippers to wear in the sauna to walk on the hot surface. Truly a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The location was Central to every single thing we wanted to go to so we were able to walk.

Location is wonderful! Right next to a shopping street with a few cafe options for breakfast, book shops and clothing if you're into it. Trasport also very easy, and by a short walk - the city center. Hotel itself is wonderful - great staff, VERY comfortable bad and pillows, and a whole atmosphere is that you have your privacy, even when sitting in the lobby.

Clean room, great position right in the old town, very kind staff.

The apartment is in the city center - we walked from the train station about 10 mins. You have all you need for a perfect staying, even hair dryer and iron machine.

The hotel location is pretty central to sightseeing easily by walking in the city. The staff is helpful and friendly. We'll choose this hotel again while traveling to the city again.

The only good thing about this hotel is location

This spot was in a good area for easy access to explore the city and food. We mostly walked everywhere we went but when we used the trains they weren’t too far away. It’s a good little hub for someone who wants to see the sites and try lots of food. The curtains are a little narrow for the windows so if light is a problem bring an eye mask. We loved the huge windows and always had one open. We were happy to see our room was available a bit before check in since we had such an early flight. We immediately went to it for a nap! There’s a square with the old gate that had various food activities happening each day we were there.

the rooms were nice, comfortable breakfast was amazing, with such a wide variety to choose from the staff was nice the location was very near, i think a max 10 min walk from the Dom

The location was perfect, close to everything. It’s a few minutes from the station and Cologne Cathedral, and right next to Schildergasse street. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
