The room quality . Personal working there. Cleanliness. Allowed bikes to be stored in rooms.

Cozy rooms with everything you would expect. Coffee maker, goodies included in the fridge with soft drinks, bottled water. Fluffy cotton bathrobes. Nice restaurant with a variety of dishes on the menu. They have a good chef as the food was very tasty. The location is a bit away from the city center however, just a few minutes wait for Uber drivers.

Comfortable room with queen bed and lounge chair. Excellent shower with digital control of water temperature, overhead rain shower and multi-function hand held shower. Breakfast buffet was beyond expectation with just about anything you'd want for hot and cold food. Exercise room was well equipped with adjacent sauna room, bathrooms with lockers, showers and plenty of towels and even slippers to wear in the sauna to walk on the hot surface. Truly a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was excellent. Wifi was fast. Location is excellent, within walking distance of the cathedral.

Everything! Its really nice hotel....ever so convinient

The apart-hotel is a 5 minutes' walk to the subway, which connects you to everything. There was someone at reception when I arrived - friendly, helpful - but there's no real need for an in-person checkin, as the instructions for the pads on the front and room doors are sent in advance and very clear. I was impressed with how a rather small room could be so well-appointed. There's a TV, a fridge, a kettle and a microwave if the hobs don't suffice, and there are tons of sockets for charging up your devices. There were also a pair of umbrellas on the door, which came in handy as there were summer showers during our stay.

Perfect location near a lot of shops and restaurants, and great walking distance to the city center near the cathedral and Christmas markets. The single room is very small but efficient and perfect for a solo traveler! Staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed my stay

Clean, great for our family! Parking was big enough for our large van. Easy walk to public transportation.

Our stay in Cologne was great. We enjoyed our walk to town and visiting the area. Room was clean and comfortable. The room was facing the street but the windows kept the noise out.

It's a very central hotel, 10-15min from the central station. It's very clean and decent.

Location!!! Right in the Center but still in a very quite hideaway little square. The property and its history and designer decor.
