The best location, clean and accessible.

Staff were so friendly, I was so impressed. The Hotel was also on the luxury side of things despite the relatively cheap price. Great value for money. I would recommend to everyone

Cozy rooms with everything you would expect. Coffee maker, goodies included in the fridge with soft drinks, bottled water. Fluffy cotton bathrobes. Nice restaurant with a variety of dishes on the menu. They have a good chef as the food was very tasty. The location is a bit away from the city center however, just a few minutes wait for Uber drivers.

Comfortable room with queen bed and lounge chair. Excellent shower with digital control of water temperature, overhead rain shower and multi-function hand held shower. Breakfast buffet was beyond expectation with just about anything you'd want for hot and cold food. Exercise room was well equipped with adjacent sauna room, bathrooms with lockers, showers and plenty of towels and even slippers to wear in the sauna to walk on the hot surface. Truly a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Came in to town late and just as we became worried we may not have a place to stay, we were greeted by the sweetest worker/owner! Not sure which one she was but she quickly got us in and gave us a room upgrade free of charge! Genuinely cannot beat this price in Cologne! Plus was quiet, homey, and a short walk away from transportation to anywhere in town!

Close to Rudolphplatz, nearby to everything going on in Köln, especially evening and nightlife, but also a center hub for transportation all over the city. It’s located on a nice calm and cozy square, just one block away from where the magic happens. Nice clean rooms, very polity, friendly and helpful staf 24/7 there for your needs. I was very happy to find here a stay that feld safe and welcome like a second home.

The room was cozy, well organized and tidy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. And most of all the hotel is pet friendly, our dog was welcomed and well treated, the room had enough space to arrange a corner with a mat and bowls for our dog

Nice big room with a very comfortable bed

The bed is super comfortable! And I like that it was the movie I wanted to watch for long when I turned on the TV. I was also worried about the curtain might not resist the the sunlight in the morning, and it turned out that the curtain works really well not letting any light disturb my sleep. Breakfast is good!
