The staff is incredibly kind. Very clean rooms and comfy beds. The location is just a few steps away from the metro and a short walk from Retiro. Good WiFi and a nice bar downstairs. I loved everything about my stay here.

The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet part of Madrid, still close to metro stations. By metro is only 3 stops to Sol. The hotel looks fresh, with a nice timeless styling, clean rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast was tasteful and complete, and on top it all (literally) you could relax on the rooftop terrace.

The staff was readily available via Whatsapp to support my unanticipated needs. They were accommodating and helped to ease my experience. The building, itself, is easy to access and close to the train station. It's very clean, hip, and fun.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Madrid and would highly recommend it. The location is fantastic—close to major attractions and very convenient for getting around the city. A special mention goes to the breakfast service: the food was fresh, varied, and delicious.
