I loved this hotel, was concerned after reading others reviews but i'm glad i booked this place! The location is amazing, quiet street next to the main street. Perfect sized room for me and had a giant showerhead. TV let me connect my netflix which was a plus. Bright lighting in the room and was super easy getting in/out of your room with a code so no need to search for a room key. Will book again on my next trip to Madrid

Great location. Madrid is expensive and we researched and found the room a great size. Finally a comfortable bed albeit two large singles put together. Staff super friendly and very helpful. Impressive and would go back.

This time I had very nice room with the view over the palace. Room was quite spacious with big windows. I quite liked it and found to be a very much different experience than staying at the cheaper rooms of the same property. Staff excellent as usual.

VP Plaza is the best hotel in Spain! Absolutely everything is amazing here, especially the quality of service! The rooms are well furnished, quiet and clean. The location is perfect, the breakfasts are delicious.

Everything: the reception when you arrive, the room was very spacious, the bed and pillows were heaven, the food was really great. I had to leave before breakfast and they prepared a little to-go bag with fruit, coffee, juice, a sandwich etc. Everything was perfect.

Exceptional hotel and perfectly located on the Gran Via street. Super clean, nice rooms and facilities and the personnel is really great. Especially Jorge who took such great care of us every single day, thank you! I 100% recommend and will visit again.
