Beautiful and complete facility with all you need in one place. The staff is amazing specially when it comes to Ariam, she’s very caring and professional in her work. She will take care of you and treat you like family. Also many thanks to Jorge who’s very kind and helpful. I spent a lot of good time in Node and will always keep them in mind if I’m in Madrid. 10 stars.

Staff super friendly and professional. The coffee / tea facilities in the room were top notch not to mention the fully stacked mini bar even though I didn't use it except for the Minute Maid Orange juice in the morning. Few little treats and super comfortable bed. The shower is big and loved that the toilet was in a separate cubicle. All round 5 stars and will def stay here again on my next stop over.

Great location for exploring old town. Staff was extremely accommodating and very helpful with our basic Spanish skills… they had exceptional English. Rooftop pool and bar made for a nice afternoon break from the miles of walking!

We had a wonderful stay at CoolRooms Atocha. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable after a long day of exploring Madrid. The location is ideal — just a short walk to Puerta del Sol and many of the city’s main attractions. Special thanks to Chris at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. His warm welcome and thoughtful recommendations made us feel truly at home. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid!

Great location (right next to metro/train)

Location very close to a Metro station, within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and tourist sites. Good selection of foods at Breakfast.

Close to the metro station and can reach Atocha station quickly. Cool location, easy to buy groceries and food, next to a nice park for walk, cool balcony to sit in the evening and enjoy the lively city till late night, has a nice sunrise view as well.

Very well decorated to a high standard with ease of entering too. Very well maintained. It is in a walk of everywhere, but the hill is steep! There is a bus stop right outside the door for when you can’t climb anymore! It is a gem of a place, highly recommend it and the bus really is super convenient

Amazing location! Absolutely loved how clean the hotel was kept and the lovely decor, so warm and welcoming. This hotel should brag about their wonderful staff! I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was readily available via Whatsapp to support my unanticipated needs. They were accommodating and helped to ease my experience. The building, itself, is easy to access and close to the train station. It's very clean, hip, and fun.
