Beautiful room with a lovely view. First time in Avila. We were very comfortable.

Right within the walls of the citadel, staff went out of their way to help us, accompanied me on foot, to find a parking meter outside of the walls. The beds were very comfortable. Got a discount at the hotel restaurant. The food was great.

Nice little boutique hotel in a small village that takes siesta all afternoon but comes alive In the evening and really doesn’t quiet down until late morning. Clean and simple.

Fantastic hotel adjacent to the walls, making the city easily accessible. The staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast was perfect. We easily parked in the street outside but additional parking was metres away. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

From the first moment we entered the room, we liked it. It is clean, with everything you need. The bathroom is large with 2 sinks. The location is just excellent and Avila herself makes you fall in love with her. They have a very good breakfast for 15€ The parking is 3 min walking for 24,4€ per day

Amazing property with interesting political history of Spain. Customer service was outstanding and rooms were lovely and comfortable!! We really enjoyed our stay. Onsite secure parking was the cherry on top

Everything, the restaurant is amazing, the beds are great as well, and the personnel are very friendly and helpful. I will go back anytime.

We really liked the location, halfway between the walled city and train station. Very walkable with convenient grocery store. Room was ver nice. We were surprised how quiet it was at night (that’s a good thing!).

The best part of this nice hotel was the staff. One of the most helpful I’ve come across in Spain!
