Our second time staying at this property. Lovely spacious rooms, beautiful lobby bar, wonderful staff, incredible pool area and amazing breakfast- lots to choose from!

Absolutely loved the hotel. It's charming , old and the rooms were comfortable. The staff and service were excellent. The complementary tea at 4.30 had some good refreshments to munch on, and the location was the probably the best.

Good location in the center of the city, very clean rooms, nicely and efficient staff, delicious breakfast with several dishes (contineal and english).

I liked the breakfast and the location was very convenient because in front of the hotel there is a bus station, tram and the underground. Everything was perfect!

Very big hotel in a quite zone, my room was on the pool direction on 8th floor. No noise from outside could be heard inside. Comfortable bed and pillows. It was my birthday and the staff let some cakes for me with a letter. Very nice surprise and very much appreciated. Never had that at another hotel before. We have parked at the street in the back of the hotel, for free.

The view from the high floor and the multitude of room amenities was quite good with this hotel: you can see the center from the window and you can see thr hotel from a high place in the city. The bed was huge: 2m length with 2m wide! Comfy, a bit on the firm side, and the long pillows were very comfortable for a stomach sleeper. Breakfast was pretty good but not too many vegetables, the quality of the ingredients we ate was above average. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Good location! We booked several months in advance and the price was really good. It's very close to the city center, and if you're visiting the Plaza de España is superb!

Constant cleaning and follow up

Staff were super friendly and kind. The room is big and spacious and has everything you need as a traveler. Location is great, easy to find if you are coming by bus from the airport or train station. Definitely would come back. 🙂
