We enjoyed the fact that the property is located just outside the train station. It was a few minute walk. The staff was friendly and efficient. We were in our room within minutes of arrival. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was exceptional. Truly a value.

The hotel location is very good which it is next to the main station. The room we booked was large, clean and had everything we need. We meet the reception staff (who is named IO). She is very friendly and helpful. We are thankful for her advices and supports during our stay.

Great central location within walking distance to the centre of town. Very comfortable, clean and on our last morning we sat right on the corner of the breakfast area which is surrounded by glass overlooking a plaza having breakfast as snow was deposited in the plaza tranforming the area, it was beautiful.

Incredible quality and value, felt just as nice as Four Seasons! Thoughtfully designed, comfortable and luxurious- we were blown away! Breakfast was stand out exceptional!

The receptionist provided great reccomendation about authentic finish restaurant, that turn out really really good. And give fast response to book a taxi.. thank you, looking forward to stay again

What's not to like. This hotel is fantastic. Welcoming staff. Three elevators. I was on the 3rd floor. Had some kind of view. But there was alot of construction work on a building next door and I got to see how Finnish laborers work. I came to Helsinki because a friend in Norway told me a bar close by to this hotel served VB. Unfortunately not but I still had a great time here. Breakfast in this hotel was wonderful and delicious. So much variety.

Great breakfast!! Huge with many options. Check in and out was seamless. Traveled with two small children they offered 2 baby cots for us and a baby potty. So helpful for us. Location is right around the corner from a tram AND metro station. This was very important to us since we travelled in February with a lot of snow. The property is very clean, unique as it has an old circus vibe to it.

Price performance is very good. Call center employees are very helpful. I would like to thank Marianna from here as well. If we pass by, we would like to stay again.

It was easy to communicate and to get there. Accomodation was great!

We stayed for a night for my birthday. The staff are so accommodating. I requested for a room with bathtub they said they will do their best and to my delight they delivered. The room itself is big and clean.

We had a great stay at Hotel Finn. They gave us a large room, allowed us to check in early, and let us use their lockers, which made everything so easy. The location is excellent and convenient for getting around Helsinki. This was honestly the best hotel we stayed at on our trip — comfortable, smooth, and stress-free. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is beautifully designed, walkable to all of the city center points of interest, the bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was impressive.

The chat communication was very responsive to any questions or needs, they provide storage rooms for your luggage before and after check out, love the kitchen and facilities (including fruits and snacks), everything was great

The breakfast buffet was one of the best I eaten. Wide variety of spread and choices. Room was clean and big.
