Clean helpful staff good location

The Location is excellent. The hotel is brand new, everything smells new and fresh. Rooms are very clean. i love the bed and pillows. Very comfy. Bathrooms spacious and luxurious. I like the Toto WC. The rooms are very spacious. The terrace on the 6th floor has amazing views of the beach and the town. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and high end fashion boutiques are open in the ground floor of the hotel. My only regret I did not have enough time to try the spa facilities but will surely visit again the hotel and try the spa.

This hotel was absolutely magical !!!! I would return even twenty times over. Every detail, from the artistic touches to the warm, intimate atmosphere, exudes elegance and sophistication. The staff and people there are incredibly kind and welcoming. A truly unforgettable experience. It was my first time in nice so the hotel made it 100% better 😍

Although it’s a self check-in hotel, there was always someone checking on you in Booking and giving you instructions what to do. There was organised place to leave you baggage if you arrive earlier. The room was very cozy. The hotel is located very close to the city centre

The hotel is well located close to the main railway station and yet quiet. The hotel has single rooms so a lone traveller can stay cheaper. There is a tram stop nearby allowing easy access to the old town and other areas.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Hotel Lakmi Nice. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the room was clean and cozy, with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame de Nice. We were especially touched by the thoughtful in-room welcome prepared for our anniversary, with wine and macarons, which made our stay feel truly special. The hotel was beautifully decorated in the holiday spirit, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. We also really appreciated the kind gesture from the GM and the staff, who personally contacted us to make sure everything was fine and to ask if we needed anything. That level of care made us feel genuinely looked after. Breakfast was very good, and the location is excellent for exploring the city. A very pleasant place to stay — we would gladly come back.
