Perfect location: close to the city center and to the metro. The beds were amazingly comfortable! Very good breakfast, you can choose the options for your needs. Friendly staff. The room was very quiet, no noise from the street or from the other rooms.

Landing at this hotel was a mistake when I thought I had booked Dame des Arts on the Left Bank. Although Des Arts and Metiers refused to cancel the week, as I booked nonrefundable through Booking which firstly irritated me since this was my honeymoon, it turned out to be a god send. Extremely quiet, I booked the studio which was extremely huge and spacious with separate sitting area large bathroom and toilet room for Paris considered a small apt. Extremely comfortable in one of the trendiest real Parisian neighborhoods, we would wake up and have the very best included breakfast of our trips which deserves it own great review ( lovely employees extremely considerate) deliciousness and huge array of choice. Amazing coffee found across the street if you needed a "real" coffee.

The hotel is exquisite it had the right parisian boutique feel. The hotel is spotless and the amenities are of a high standard. The staff are immensely welcoming and helpful with any queries asked. Fabulous location and the hotel is very quiet only heard the streets of you had the windows open.

Location is great, we walked everywhere, very rarely used public transport! Located in probably the best part of town, with lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, bakeries and coffee shops.

Location of the hotel was the best part. equally close to 2 metro stations. Walking distance from Louvre, Notre Dame etc. Saved us a lot of time. Lifts. The staff was kind enough to let us use the kitchen during midnight hours. Rooms were clean. Good food options on the street, especially the bakery, helped us save a lot of time.

Perfect location, easy walking to Notre Dame, Les Halles, Louvre. Quiet side street. Metro exit 2 short blocks. Friendly helpful staff, there 24/7. Great value. Warm room in the winter, good hot water with good pressure.

It is close to Staff was helpful generally friendly, and attentive (but not the 100% positive attitiude that we know it from other hotels). Having shared bathroom was okay for us. A quiet street. Nice stylish old closet.

This is the very best location I have ever stayed on Paris. If you want to feel like a local but still be close to everything, this is the place to be. My room looks over a street of cafes and restaurants, patisseries, a butcher, fromageries, seafood and fruit markets. It is buzzing but not loud. It feels local because it is local. I can see my neighbours in apartments across the street. I used to love the Latin Quarter but I am converted to the other side. If you want perfect glamour hotel vibe this is not it. I have stayed in many big, beautiful hotels. Further into Opera you can go for glamour hotels and be in a tourist hot spot, but you can’t have this. Victoires is different. It feels like home. It is rustic, with some wear and tear, it has a narrow original staircase and only a few rooms on each floor. It is French, it is real and very welcoming. It is in the heart of Paris but local at the same time. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and a good size. (Those who complain about room size could read the size and choose accordingly.) The beds and pillows are really comfortable. The man on reception is so friendly. He makes the stay complete. I will be recommending it to anyone who asks.

Great location close to main attractions, restaurants, and shops, with easy metro access. The hotel is comfortable and well-equipped, with clean, modern rooms. Quite luxurious for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the fitness center, spa, and sauna. Breakfast was very good, and service is available 24/7.The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. I loved to stay at CasaO , as it’s very clean and close to all the important attractions. The receptionist was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

It was perfectly located for us. Food, shopping, activities were close by and very walkable. we enjoyed the breakfast that was served every morning and the staff was wonderful. Swanne was very helpful in giving suggestions of highlights to see. Rooms were made up every day. A delightful place to stay!

This is honestly the best hotel I've ever stayed at. For some reason, it feels like you are well taken care of while staying here. They really go above & beyond to make you comfortable!

Location and cost. Walking distance to museums, Notre Dame cathedral, restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You had to ring the bell for the staff to let you in the hotel. We felt very safe.
