We had the family suite for the four of us, and it was wonderfully private and comfortable. The rooms and beds were perfect and the scenery was gorgeous. We loved dinner and drinks at the bar and, of course, breakfast! Jinxie was so nice and welcoming, and told the best stories. We really enjoyed talking to him! The town has a very quiet, local feel with beautiful sunsets! The walk to the castle was lovely! Would definitely stay here again!

Stunningly beautiful setting with fantastic views over the sea and mountains. Excellent accommodation, superbly clean and modern. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant food at reasonable 'hotel' prices with good size helpings.

The location of the hotel - a traditional Highland building - was great, we had an astonishing view over Loch Duich with unforgettable sunsets. We stayed there two nights and it was a good location for visiting Isle of Skye. We had a cosy room with a great view of the lake. Food was good as well. The place was very quiet and relaxing, I hope we will go back again!

Walking in we,were stunned by the beauty of it all. Lovely sitting area, fantastic dinning area and exceptional food. The chocolate-orange tart is FABULOUS!!! Our room had a fantastic view of the water and mountains,was spacious and the beds were a dream to sleep in. Very clean and well stocked with every thing you could possibly need .The staff was very friendly and attentive. Looking forward to going back.

Fabulous location within walking distance of Eilean Donan castle. Our family of 4 stayed in the family room with a double and 2 twin beds with en-suite bathroom with shower, comfortable room with plenty of space. Breakfast was delicious. We also had dinner in the restaurant, also delicious, recommend making reservations in advance.

We really enjoyed Dornie Hotel. It is a quaint historic hotel close to Eilean Donan Castle and not far from the Isle of Skye Bridge. It is a very nice hotel with friendly staff. We had a small room with everything we needed, and it was perfect for our one night stay.

Clean, comfortable room, spacious. Nice bath with good hot water. Quiet location. Breakfast foods were delicious. You can walk to the Eilean Donan Castle from this location to capture some beautiful early evening pictures. We enjoyed the pub and music next door. Few restaurants in the area so you need to get to the The Clachian Pub early to get a table. Restaurant closes at 9:00 and music begins at 10:00. Pub gets extremely crowded for the music.

Excellent location, as the small fishing village of Dornie is located close to where 3 beautiful lochs intersect & near the ferry to the Isle of Skye, as well as a stone’s throw from the Eilean Donan Castle. Similar to most accommodations in more rural areas of Scotland, the Dornie has a provincial style enhanced by modern conveniences & decor. (Note that access to the 2nd floor is by stairs only)

Excellent location close to Skye Bridge and Eilean Donan Castle at walking distance. Food was quite good, anyway not much choice in the area. Room was quiet, reachable by multiple stairs up and down. Nice bathroom with hot shower.

Loved the cottage, very clean, modern, spacious for our 3 adults. The hosts Duncan and Shona had goodies for our arrival, bread, eggs and milk! So close to the Eilean Donan castle! Saw a bride & groom and bag piper! Highly recommend! Would love to come back!
