Location, cleanliness, and welcoming.

Location was excellent, staff were great and the facilities were very comfortable and very quiet.

Breakfast was excellent , the most comprehensive vegan options we have experienced to date , far exceeded other hotel chains

Great location near to the Christmas market, the cathedral, and the winter gardens

The staff are amazing the 2 ladies who worked at the reception in the evening of the 3rd and the 4th were just amazing....made me smile and changed my day completely. Thanks for your amazingness you made it special for me

Location is top class, right beside the Crucible and 2 minutes from the city centre. Breakfast was good, buffet style. Rooms very comfortable.

It was the perfect stay for someone who was coming into Sheffield and needed a convenient hotel with everything they could want for a stopover. Actually the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever stayed in, with a bountiful duvet and 4 huge pillows. The breakfast was awesome, staff were efficient. Loved it
