In a great location for exploring Batumi on foot. The room could use a larger table or possibly a small couch to sit on. Otherwise, it was great. There were some issues with the water while we were there, it was for the whole building and not just us. It was addressed quickly.

The location is perfect, the room we took had an amazing views with great cleaning services, the guard was very helpful and always smiling , also they have a great rooftop for breakfast and dinner. Have its own unique vibes

Location Location Location. We absolutely loved this location. 5-6 steps and you have a big choice of restaurants. The staff of the hotel is nice and helpful. The cleaning crew is good. The room smelled a little bit of smoke but this is due to people smoking on the balcony.

first of all, the location of the hotel is fantastic, it is close to the boulevard and other places located in the center of the city thus I could say it is in the heart of Batumi. The moment we stepped in nice and calm music along with a warm and modern interior caught our attention. The staff was friendly and always happy to help. Rooms are well furnished, there was enough space for three people to place our belongings. The room was also clean and tidy. Breakfast offered a wide range of choice,(international and traditional foods) which was totally amazing.
