Excellent people, location, service and friendly atmosphere.

What a gem of a hotel. Its in the middle of downtown, yet super quiet. I celebrated the birthday of my partner there and the entire team was simply exceptional. They assisted me with a beautiful room setup to surprise him and went over and beyond to make our stay memorable. Furthermore, the staff are top notch. Everyone greeted us with a genuine smile and professionalism, from Maria ( thank you again :) ), who assisted us at check in, to the staff in the restaurant , spa, reception area… everyone was always simply amazing. If you think about a get away in the middle of Budapest or you want to surprise a loved one, dont think twice and book a stay in this hotel. The staff are exceptional and will make sure you ll have the most amazing stay.

Hotel just opened a few weeks ago, so everything was new and clean. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.

Absolutely amazing experience, the hotel deserves a shout out. Clean, neat , spacious, nice mini bar. Excellent food and accommodation. Near chain bridge along the river, easy access to all you need. Polite staff and definitely will stay there again when in Budapest!

Cute room with a restaurant downstairs that has a good variety of meals and drinks. Clean and well kept. Not far from attractions and other restaurants, as well as public transportation.

An incredible stay. You can tell the hotel was renovated. I'm not sure of the previous looks but from the very beginning we were treated to a great place. Friendly staff, answered all my questions. Even though you are in a very touristy area the hotel was quiet and calm, on a side street so was nice. Room was spacious for us 4, instead of carpet there was wooden floor which we appreciated and style of the room was great with enough tables and empty fridge to store our snacks. I parked on street but noticed that the hotel has it's own underground parking. It was a great experience and looking forward to come back again on our next trip.

Everything was perfect: place, staff, cleanliness

We found the location to be excellent. Not far from town, restaurants and attractions. Great little cafe across the road towards the bridge with great coffee and croissants. The booking and process of obtaining the codes and card for the room was easily explained by the nice owner just prior to arrival. The room was adequate and quiet with good facilities.

Excellent location and hotel was good value for money

The staff was very nice and helpful. I asked several questions via the booking app and they always answered me quickly. The location is ideal to visit by foot Buda castle and the parliament. The hotel is in a pedestrian street where there are a lot of shops, restaurant and café, no traffic noises, I found it calm and quiet.

Location is absolutely superb, between Chain Bridge and Parliament, the window is big and you can admire the view hour after hour without realizing how time flies.
