If you want to get a Grab bike then you have to walk at...

If you want to get a Grab bike then you have to walk at least 100m up the road away from the beach. Local bike taxis don't allow Grab to pick up from the beach scooter parking or from about 100 to 200 metres near the beach. Fair enough, they are protecting their business. Their prices are higher than a Grab; it's work and a business and your choice. Just to let you know, set your Grab pick up point up the road away from the beach.

Echo beach is a lovely area to stay in Canggu.

Echo beach is a lovely area to stay in Canggu. Great cafes close by. Try Basil kitchen if you don’t want to wait. Crate cafe is nice but busier. Coppenhagan and the cafe next door does great coffee. Not a far scooter to main Canggu beach/ area but quiet enough on the roads and away from the noise. Echo beach was one of our favourite places to stay. We stayed at the Apartments Canggu and Djabu Villas Guest House Echo beach as we extended our trip and didn’t want to pay hotel prices so tried something different and both were great affordable comfortable lovely options.

It was about a 10-15 minute walk to echo beach and a 25 walk to Batu Balong beach. I could also walk to Reload gym from there. The breakfast was great. The shower had good water pressure and warmed quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had my laundry done while I was there and my clothes came back great.

The Staff at Echo were un-real. They were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much to ask. The Location of the hotel was PERFECT. A stones throw from Echo Beach and the beautiful La Brisa. I would only come back to stay in this hotel in Canggu.

What an absolutely lovely villa, so close to Pererenan Beach. We had such a wonderful few days here and felt like a home away from home, with absolutely everything we needed. We enjoyed fresh bakery treats for breakfast at 7am Bakery next door and an incredible Mexican feast across the road. Echo Beach is just 15 minutes walk away with its laid back beachfront eateries for sunset, dinner and a cocktail.

This was the perfect little house right next to echo beach and truly one of my favourite experiences about in Bali. The rooms were clean and spacious and we loved the living area on the second floor. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day.

Great location, Pererenan is a bit quieter than the nearby Echo Beach and Batu Bolong. But an easy walk along the beach to reach the busier areas. We stayed in a Villa, large room, lovely space, comfortable bed. The main pool area is lovely. Restaurant food really good and great breakfast. Staff were incredibly helpful and very responsive, they couldn't do enough to ensure it was a happy and comfortable stay. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning to Shore Amora.

The place was in a quiet area. We had everything we needed, equipped kitchen, towels for shower and also to chill by the pool. The place got cleaned regularly. The place was clean and comfy, with a great living room area and outside pool to chill on a hot day. It's away from the business of Canggu and by scooter and the shortcut roads, you're able to get to Echo Beach or Canggu area easily. The road to the villa doesn't have any lighting so if you'd like to walk, it can be a bit too dark but with scooter the roads are great.

The Corduroy Hotel is right near Echo Beach and is in a very walkable location. The property itself is gorgeous - very modern and open with some more traditional Balinese elements wrapped in. The pool area is lovely to hang out in when you're needing to escape the bustle of Canggu.

This was really a gem in terms of location and value for money! The villas are more of less 15 mins away from all the key areas in the Canggu area which was really convenient. It was really close to the main shopping areas, restaurants and Canggu and Echo Beaches. The villa architecture is also really cool and the pool was really lovely as well. You don't get any noise even though you are really close to the main areas.
