Clean and efficient and hospitable

Novotel Bandung is located very strategically in the center of Bandung, yet the neighborhood is quiet. It was really easy to go anywhere from the hotel. It was really easy as well to have food deliveries. The hotel has adequate facilities, plus a bathtub equipped room (which is a rarity nowadays for a non 5 stars hotel). The Executive Room is really big, with separate bathtub and shower, and there is plenty of space to move around in the room. Parking space at the ground floor also have EV charger.

This hotel is the best. Everyone from the desk checking in, starting from Ms.Arini she is very helpful, she gives a 110% customer service and housekeeping is making sure that our room is clean everyday and very tidy and they provided us all items we need in the room , towels and hand towels ,Mr. Winato and Mr. Gunawan from security are very attentive and professional.From the dining room, Mr.Inan and Mr. Mulus we’re very generous offering us great service and the ladies checking us in the dining room we’re very gracious and all staff member were so courteous. I will highly recommend this wonderful hotel. It should be rated 5 star instead of 4.!!!

I was staying here for five days. Early check in and late check out. With a small amount of free. It was so easy. The staff was so nice, including the security. I was feeling safe staying here😘 Laundry and restaurants on the same level, 6th floor. Laundry was cheap. I did it twice, the last day it was an emergency. But the owner asked her workers to send my clothes to my room. I was leaving in a few hours. The food at the restaurant was so good and cheap. It's open 247 and they were willing to send my meal to my room. Nevertheless, it is so close to Pasar Baru Bandung. Next to the building. So ladies, pack your bag and stay here 🤗

This little 2* hotel is just a short walk to the train station. The rooms are immaculately clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Such good value for an overnight stay.

Good location. Very good breakfast. Spacious room. All things worked.

The location was excellent, at walking distance from the train station and easily reachable for taxi's and grab's. The atmosphere was pleasant, the various options to relax perfect, the pool clean and nice on the roof top. The breakfast had a huge spectrum of options. The rooms were fine and served their purpose. There were no TV-channels, but netflix and you tube could be reached.
